Policies
- For the comfort of all guests, no smoking is permitted within the cabin.
- Small pets (dogs under 20 lbs.) are welcome. Should you choose to bring your pet, please read the Rates page for information about the required pet fee.
- Well-behaved children are welcome. They must be supervised at all times.
- No large groups (6 individuals maximum.)
- There is a two night reservation minimum. We reserve the right to restrict two to five day rentals at our discretion due to demand.
Payment Policies
- A 50% deposit, which consists of half of your full rental fee (not including damage deposit or cleaning fee), is required at the time of reservation. This deposit must be received within 5 business days of the reservation. Upon receipt of your payment we will promptly send a receipt and welcome packet.
- The remaining 50% of your full rental fee, plus $200 refundable damage deposit, and $60 cleaning fee must be paid within 60 days of the reservation.
- If you'd like to reserve the cabin with an arrival date which is 60 days or less from the date of initial reservation, all monies are due at the time of reservation.
- Personal or business checks are welcome. For reservations within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a cashier's check or money order is required. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
- Late departures or early arrivals without express prior approval will be subject to a $75 fee or charged for an additional day's stay at the owner's discretion.
- All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
